Recreate Toms River's Standard of Excellence: You came to Toms RIver for a high quality of life, low taxes and good schools. It's time for all of those to return to you.
Safety: Re-Fund Our Police & Emergency Services including SIlverton EMS. They have been cleared of any wrong doing.
Transparency: Government works for the people. Our constituion ensures Residents their voice, and it will be returned to them along with more access to the business operations of our town.
Toms River FIRST: Services are best when they are run locally with less beaurocrats between us and the services. We will stop turning Toms River services, like OUR Animal Shelter, over to the county so its run efficiently for the residents of Toms River.
Common Sense Code Enforcement & Zoning: These departments play a crucial role in preserving the natural beauty of our town, neighborhoods and keeping both, our structures and residents, safe. While to much regulation is harmful, improved standards will prevent Toms River from becoming a place for section 8 housing projects, overdevelopment, and commercial services in residential zones.
Hire Local: Our residents built this town and will always put more care into their work at lower costs than out-of-state companies who have no connection to our community or the finished project.
Improved Senior Services: Reliablle transportation, education and assistance with the State's overly burdensome property tax challenges, repaired sidewalks, and other community lead services.
Improved Youth Services: Our kids are being left behind by our state's crooked funding algorithms, and the lack of after-school activities. Our kids are worth fighting for, and I will partner with the Toms River Board of Education to make sure they are successful in getting this fixed.

Raised in Toms River by his mother Laura, father Charles, and stepfather Joseph, Clinton knows Ward 2’s values—hard work, safety, community. For 15 years, he’s defended the nation, from Egypt’s Sinai Desert to Iraq’s frontlines, earning the Army Achievement Medal with Combat Device. Now, he’s defending Ward 2. As a gold-standard cybersecurity auditor, Clinton secures federal contracts by catching flaws. He’ll cut township waste to lower property taxes, easing burdens for families and seniors. He’ll bolster police for safer streets, expand senior services for places like Holiday City, and restore civility to end political chaos. With degrees in History, Political Science, and Cybersecurity, plus military planning expertise, he delivers results.
