A 64-year-old widower with three children, Dave has deep roots in Toms River. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Saint Joseph’s University (1979) and has built a thriving career as a self-employed property manager. His professional background gives him a unique perspective on the challenges facing local businesses and homeowners. Additionally, Dave has served on the Toms River Planning Board, where he gained valuable insight into local governance and community development. Dave Ciccozzi is the leader we need in Ward 4.
