  • Improve Youth Services: Our kids are being left behins by our state and the lack of activities. We will bring them back to Toms River.

James “Jim” Quinlisk is a dedicated public servant running for re-election to the Toms River Township Council in Ward 3, a vibrant community of hardworking families, retirees, and small business owners who value stability and quality of life. With Ward 3’s diverse mix of middle-class households and a median income reflecting a strong, self-reliant spirit, Jim understands the needs of residents facing rising costs and seeking smart, sustainable growth.

As a lifelong Toms River native educated at Toms River High School East and Rider University, he brings deep local roots and a proven track record to the table. A volunteer firefighter and former Fire Commissioner, Jim’s commitment to putting people first shines through in his council work, where he champions busienss development to increase access to jobs and ease the tax burden on homeowners across all of Toms River’s 100,000-plus residents.
